We’re looking for an Office Manager / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Edmonton district office. This role is central to creating a positive first impression for employees, clients, and visitors while ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. You’ll manage reception, support office operations, coordinate events, and help foster a great workplace culture.

This is an on-site, front‑desk role that supports office leadership and employees across the district.

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep.
