Office Manager
Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and daily administrative functions of Royal LePage South Country.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Accounting
- Close Real Estate Transactions and Accurately Calculate and Disburse Commission Payments to Agents
- Prepare Cheques to Lawyers with excess Deposit Amounts
- Manage AR/AP, Daily Banking, Month End Procedures
- Prepare and Remit Government Payments: including Corporate Income Tax, Source Deductions, GST Remittances, and other Statutory Obligations
- Payroll & Realtors Commission Cheques
Operational Oversight
- Assist the Owner with daily Operational Management
