HireArt is helping our client find an experienced and dependable Office Manager to take ownership of the front-of-house experience and ensure their Sunnyvale campus is welcoming, efficient, and aligned with company needs.In this role, you’ll oversee key workplace programs, including food and snack services, in-office events, space planning, office aesthetics, and visitor experience. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, from plant care and reception to security, ensuring high-quality service, cost efficiency, and accountability.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in facilities and event management, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys creating thoughtful, functional workplace experiences.
