Our client is a financial institution with a diversified portfolio. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their expanding team.

The Role

  • Oversee facilities management, supplier management, central procurement, courier arrangements, security control, stationery supply and document storage management
  • Planning and coordinating office events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and client meetings
  • Maintain and update company policies and procedures
  • Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned
