The Role
- Oversee facilities management, supplier management, central procurement, courier arrangements, security control, stationery supply and document storage management
- Planning and coordinating office events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and client meetings
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures
- Provide other clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned
