Your challenges

:
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, office supplies, IT infrastructure, car fleet and contract management.
  • Analyse, monitor, and develop internal office processes to implement changes that comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Ensure all buildings and workplaces are safe, efficient and welcoming.
  • Support the Management Team with administrative tasks and meeting logistics, requiring discretion, reliability, and strong written communication skills.
  • Be the first point of contact for building-related topics and handling ad-hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other corporate functions, Finance, HR, IT.
  • Your expertise:

  • Previous Office Management, project management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
