Office Manager

Advance Clean-Up AU Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Office Manager to support and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and oversee daily office administration and business operations.

* Maintain company records, databases, filing systems and workforce documentation.

* Coordinate staff schedules, rostering records and operational requirements.

* Monitor office supplies, equipment and facilities and arrange maintenance when required.

* Support payroll, invoicing, reporting and internal administrative processes.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure efficient communication.

* Assist management with operational planning and business administration.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of relevant office administration or office management experience.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.
