:
  • Prepare financial analyses including NPV cash flows and evaluate client lease options
  • Gather market data, conduct research, and maintain property databases and stacking plans
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and attend meetings and property tours
  • Produce monthly and quarterly market reports including Supply Files and Market Overviews
  • Review lease documents, prepare summaries, and assist with transaction documentation
  • Support team with ad hoc requests such as MapIt, market clocks, and special client needs

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field
  • 0-2 years' experience in commercial real estate preferred
  • Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
