Job Description

The Housekeeping / Encoder is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises while also providing basic administrative encoding and clerical support. This role ensures a clean working environment and accurate documentation of company records.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping Functions

  • Maintain cleanliness of office areas, pantry, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Perform daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
  • Monitor and report cleaning supply needs.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office areas when required.
  • Follow company safety and cleanliness policies.
