[Office Hours! Fixed $2500] 1 year contract PSA (Customer Service) @ EAST Polyclinics #HJCT

Salary: Fixed $2500, Start ASAP

Working hours

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday)

Every Sat: 7am to 13:00pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat)

44 hours per work week

Job scope:

• Greet and register patients
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
