and responsibilities:
Reports to the Office Experience Director and supports office engagement and operations by supporting the execution of office events and initiatives, coordinating project tasks, and helping ensure a positive, well‑run in‑office experience.Supports the planning and delivery of on‑site events and employee engagement activities.Supports office engagement by coordinating activities with Site Leaders, Employee Network Groups, and site committees, while serving as the primary local Office Experience contact to help cultivate an outstanding in‑office experience.Helps implement office‑wide experiences such as town halls, team lunches, hackathons, volunteer days, and seasonal celebrations; assists with employee‑led activities as needed.Ensures smooth office operations by coordinating with Security, Facilities, People Partners, Corporate IT, and other partners to keep spaces, tools, technology, and suppl...
