HelloFresh’s Office Experience Coordinator, Culture + Engagement, will be responsible for supporting key clerical and organization initiatives at our Distribution Center.


This role is dedicated to enhancing our overall in-office employee experience. You will be the primary source of support for our team, managing everything from office amenities and facilities to ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and energizing work environment. Your work will directly contribute to making the office a place where people genuinely want to be.


In this role, you will focus on in-office experiences, purchasing and tracking inventory, organizing supplies, managing mail, enhancing aesthetics, and assisting teammates with in-office projects.
