Job Description
The Office Engineer provides technical and administrative support to project teams by handling documentation, coordination, reporting, and engineering-related tasks. The role ensures smooth communication between the project site and office, accurate records, and timely submission of project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including plans, reports, drawings, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material summaries.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding technical and material requirements.
- Monitor and track project progress, materials, and manpower reports.
