Job Description
1. Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation (e.g., drawings, permits, reports, contracts, logs).
- Monitor and record daily accomplishments and activities through the AIMHI Engineering Platform.
- Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor schedule updates and report any delays or deviations.
3. Procurement and Cost Control
- Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions and coordinate with procurement for materials delivery.
- Maintain logs for material deliveries and monitor inventory on-site through the AIMHI Engineering Platform.
