Job Description

1. Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation (e.g., drawings, permits, reports, contracts, logs).
  • Monitor and record daily accomplishments and activities through the AIMHI Engineering Platform.
  • Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

2. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor schedule updates and report any delays or deviations.

3. Procurement and Cost Control

  • Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions and coordinate with procurement for materials delivery.
  • Maintain logs for material deliveries and monitor inventory on-site through the AIMHI Engineering Platform.
