- The Office Encoder is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into accounting software and maintaining electronic records. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting department and maintaining accurate financial records.
- High School Diploma or College level.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
