Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and take down for team meals and event
  • Supporting facilities and building coordination
  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office logistics
  • Assist with internal communications and team events
  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and office efficiency
