Job Description

In Health Prime we are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our HR team and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Requirements:
Basic English level
Excel (basic–intermediate)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience using Canva
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Logistics, HR, or related fields (Tecnologías/Técnicas apply)
6 to 12 months of experience in similar roles
Strong prioritization skills
High level of confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR with administrative tasks and employee inquiries
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and onboarding
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and event logistics
Assist with employee records, payroll processes, and benefits
Ensure compliance with SG-SST and maintain an organized work environment
