Job Description
• Create and submit Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for HR teams and HR-related services.
• Upload and maintain contracts in Ariba and ensure proper file management.
• Prepare Welcome Packs for new employees and manage access card activation/deactivation.
• Send Health & Safety emails to external employees and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Coordinate external vendors for maintenance and inspections and act as liaison between vendors and internal teams (HR, IT, Facilities, Finance).
