This is a full-time remote position for an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will manage daily operations by providing administrative assistance, handling communications, and maintaining office systems and equipment. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules, responding to inquiries, assisting with customer service activities, and ensuring smooth internal processes across the organization.
Qualifications
Experience with Administrative Assistance and proficiency in handling Office Equipment
Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with office software and tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Prior experience in office coordination or similar roles is a plus
