Job Summary: An office coordinator position responsible for coordinating office activities including providing administrative support, leadership, clerical assistance, maintaining confidentiality, supervising office staff and other duties as assigned by the principal in the operation of a high school. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate/diploma from a recognized training program
  • Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education
  • A minimum of two years related experience
  • Good working knowledge of word processing, Edsby Software and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
