Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in data entry into the JD Edwards system and maintaining crucial Excel spreadsheets. Your role will involve supporting HSE documentation and aiding the plant with analytics responsibilities to ensure efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter received products into JD Edwards system
• Create and manage macro-based spreadsheets effectively
• Support tracking of HSE training and safety audits
• Update daily and monthly compliance documentation
• Coordinate plant events and assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in an administrative role is a plus
