Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and clients. Handle inward and outward courier, parcels, and documents. Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document organization. Maintain office stationery, pantry items, and other inventory. Support HR and Administration in daily operational activities. Arrange meeting rooms, training sessions, and company events. Assist in employee onboarding arrangements and office setup. Ensure proper maintenance of office assets and report any maintenance issues. Coordinate with vendors for office-related requirements. Perform bank visits, document submissions, or other official errands when required. Support the warehouse/store team with basic administrative tasks whenever assigned. Carry out any additional duties assigned by Management, HR, or the Reporting Manager.
