Job Description

  • Attend guests and Make Tea and refreshments to be served to staff and guests.
  • Prepares conference hall and ensures all necessary contents are present.
  • Maintains office resources in order.
  • Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene / health and safety standards are maintained.
  • Ensure daily availability of fresh water in water dispenser.
  • Proper care of kitchen items and refrigerator.
  • Ensure organized, clean and tidy kitchen.
  • Operate office facilities and equipment like printers, scanners, photo copy machine...
