Job Description

Position Overview:

The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting

products/services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls,

emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service

focus.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers

 Promote and explain products/services to clients clearly and persuasively

 Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation

 Maintain accurate sales records and reports

 Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth

transactions

 Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships
