Position: Office Associate

The Bank is seeking an Office Associate for its Data Privacy Unit to assist in data privacy compliance, documentation, and training‑related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in data privacy, compliance, and regulatory support.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate documentation of DPO initiatives, including training programs and post‑training examinations of participants
• Assist in the conduct of data privacy trainings and online meetings
• Manage Zoom links, take minutes of meetings, and maintain proper documentation
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) on the Bank's data processing systems
• Handle Registration and Reporting with the NPC
• Prepare training materials, reports, and other documentation as may be assigned by Management
