  • To support team in administrative activities related to accidentreporting, safety data report preparation, documentation management, invoice
    processing, training programs and EHS compliance.
  • Preparation of monthly reports and presentations including
    finalization of supporting data related to person-hours and summary. Archiving
    of all emails and reports in appropriate folders.
  • Managing of data entry in systems, data verification and conduct
    necessary follow-ups.
  • Track submissions of compliance
    reports from internal business stakeholders
  • Supporting the team in their travel plans and itineraries etc
  • Assist in preparation of documents, approval notes and
    reports
  • Keeping departmental records up to date
  • Managing the administration of safety trainings
