Office Assistant

Downtown Toronto, ON

Our client, a well established and friendly law firm, located in the core of downtown Toronto, close to Union Station is in need of an Office Assistant to join its administration team. This is a full time permanent position.

This position is multifaceted and requires someone who is organized, with the ability to multi-task, and is familiar with the flow of a law firm’s back office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle online filings with the Ministry of Finance.
  • Ability to post disbursements to files using Accounts Payable in GhostPractice.
  • Ability to post receipts from clients.
  • As other duties as assigned.

Some law firm experience is desired.
