Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client to recruit an Office Assistant /Receptionist for an immediate temporary-to-hire opportunity based in Winnipeg .

Our client is seeking a reliable, professional, and approachable individual with previous corporate reception experience to provide backup front desk coverage within a large, fast-paced corporate office. This role supports the reception and administrative functions and is ideal for someone comfortable stepping in as the first point of contact when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Providebackup front desk reception coverage , including greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and taking accurate messages during lunches, breaks, vacations, and peak periods.
