Job Description
Background: Our company is seeking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including mainatining the hygiene of the Office, preparing refreshments, photocopying, recieving and delivering mail, and general office organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general hygiene of the Office
- Manage office supplies inventory and ordering
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate team members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Recieving and delivering of mails
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
