We are seeking a professional and dependable Office Assistant to manage front desk duties, support daily administrative functions, and assist with seasonal tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, manage mail and office supplies

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and support event logistics

  • Assist with document handling (scanning, filing, proofreading, data entry)

  • Manage couriers and general office communications

  • Support the Operations Manager and executive team as needed

  • Help process and track donations during busy periods
