Job Summary
Perform journey-level clerical and administrative support duties involving a variety of complex office assignments and processes. Responsibilities include maintaining records, processing documents, coordinating information from multiple sources, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies. Work independently with minimal supervision while exercising judgment in handling clerical matters, resolving routine issues, and determining appropriate actions. May assist with or supervise clerical staff, provide administrative support, utilize office technologies and software applications, and perform related office functions as required.
