Job Description

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing front-desk support, general administrative assistance, and day-to-day office coordination. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff while also supporting the Office Manager with operational, logistical, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.

  • Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times.

  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, and guest protocols.

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Nova internal management.
