For one of my clients, present in his sector for over 50 years, I am looking for their new Office Assistant
Welcoming visitors and clients Manage the incoming calls and the general mailbox Responsible for the daily running of the office Be the contact person for the suppliers and do the follow up of the contracts Assist the CEO and the manager in all their missions Be an administrative support and support the various projects of the different teams Helping with translations Help to organise events for the company or with the clients Have an HR role: help with payroll administration, the management of transport costs, helping with the HR mailbox and assist with HR projects.
