For one of my clients, present in his sector for over 50 years, I am looking for their new Office Assistant

  • Welcoming visitors and clients
  • Manage the incoming calls and the general mailbox
  • Responsible for the daily running of the office
  • Be the contact person for the suppliers and do the follow up of the contracts
  • Assist the CEO and the manager in all their missions
  • Be an administrative support and support the various projects of the different teams
  • Helping with translations
  • Help to organise events for the company or with the clients
  • Have an HR role: help with payroll administration, the management of transport costs, helping with the HR mailbox and assist with HR projects.
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience as an Office Assistant
  • You are perfectly bilingual (FR/NL) and have a good knowledge of English is a plus
  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
