Interesting opportunity for an Assistant to CEO /Office Manager/Administrator to join a small but dynamic company that works in the research and analytics area. The company has less than 5 employees so main duties are to help the owner of the business in the day to day admin so he can spend time on other areas of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments and meetings.
  • Assisting with project tasks.
  • Completing expense reports & logging or processing bills or expenses.
  • Writing and editing email correspondence.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and creating itineraries.
  • Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system.
