Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support a large-scale data collection and migration initiative. This project is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with data, reviewing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.


In this role, you will assist with gathering, validating, and organizing critical customer and contract information to support the implementation of a new enterprise system. Much of the information is currently stored in paper files and spreadsheets, requiring careful review and accurate data entry.


Responsibilities

+ Review customer contracts, agreements, and related documentation

+ Extract key information from paper and electronic records

+ Enter and validate data within Excel templates and tracking tools

+ Capture and organize customer information

+ Verify data accuracy and completeness throughout the migration process
