We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, managing office supplies and equipment, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position is suitable for Filipinos and other foreigners who are fluent in English and have no prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages and redirect calls as needed
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
