Office Application Engineer

Job Purpose:

To support the sales and marketing team by providing technical expertise in office applications, data analysis, and documentation. The Office Application Engineer will play a key role in optimizing internal processes and enhancing client presentations through advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing technical proposals, submittals and quotations using fan selection program.
• Develop and maintain automated spreadsheets and templates for sales tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support client requirements and documentation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients when needed.
• Provide technical support in office applications and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate order processing with production, operations and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.
