Job Description

As our Office & Facility Manager for the Benelux region, based in Diegem, you will ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient workplace across our locations in Diegem, Breda, Sittard, and Rijswijk. You will lead office, facility, warehouse, logistics, and fleet management activities while supporting local teams and ensuring smooth operations. This role is hybrid, with four days per week on-site in Diegem to maintain close connection with the team and facility activities.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Oversee facility management operations, including contracts, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and workplace improvements across Benelux locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and service providers.
  • Lead office management activities, including coaching front‑desk and reception staff and ensuring continuous coverage and smooth site operations.
