We are seeking one Office Administrator. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $30.50 / hour. 35 hours per week. (Full-time, permanent)
Requirements
- Completion of high school (secondary school) required.
- At least one month of experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Implement administrative procedures
- Carry out administrative activities
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services including equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security
- Maintain inventory and budget
- Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflicts
- Oversee payroll administration
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
