Office Administrator – Office Operations

Manage the daily flow of office operations – coordinating, scheduling meetings, and managing appointments. Coordinate calendars; make travel arrangements, prepare meetings, and follow up. Support small‑scale project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and details are not overlooked. Monitor emails and organize the filing system.

Administrative Support

Handle incoming calls and emails, prepare documents and maintain filing systems. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. Handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Order supplies and perform duties as assigned.

Facility Management

Maintain office equipment, coordinate repairs, and manage inventory of office supplies.
