Pixel Mafia is a 3D Art Service Studio focused on creating high-end art for blockbuster video games made by some of the largest publishers in the world.

Our studio is seeking an Office Administrator who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and other company properties, while also providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office studio and other company properties to ensure it is clean, efficient, safe, and well-organized workplaces.
• Provide high level administrative support to the Executives Team, including collating and organizing documents, managing calendars and itineraries, and coordinating travel, lodging and other travel-related logistics.
