Insight Global is seeking an Office Administrator for a large insurance brokerage to serve as the first point of contact for Head Office and branch visitors. This role provides front‑desk coverage, mail and courier coordination, meeting room support, and general office administration while delivering a professional and welcoming client experience.



Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities



Greet and direct visitors and manage high‑volume incoming calls

Manage the national inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries

Sort and process outgoing mail and couriers (ICS, Purolator, Canada Post, etc.)

Coordinate mail distribution for Head Office departments

Book, prepare, and maintain meeting rooms

Support office operations including supply inventory, kitchen/coffee stock, and general filing

Assist employees with general questions and administrative needs
