About the Role
We are actively recruiting an Administrator who will report to the Commercial Business Manager. The Administrator will provide support for operations and facilities, manage paper and electronic work file management, process mail and couriers, handle telephone reception, schedule office maintenance, and ensure the effective operation of the office. The role requires strong mobility, versatility, and physical strength for safe task execution. This is a Monday to Friday schedule working from our office in Coquitlam or Abbotsford.
