Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate, conveyancing, legal, mortgage, insurance, banking or a professional office environment
  • Experience with real estate transaction coordination or conveyancing is a strong asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, digital filing and online platforms
