About the Role

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking two Mail Administrators. This entry-level role supports daily mail and courier operations, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, sort, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Process print jobs, fill envelopes, and operate mail machines
  • Handle shipping/receiving (including lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • Sort and distribute correspondence and branch bags
