Kamloops-based wood structure manufacturer seeks an individual to support daily office operations, logistics coordination, vendor payments, and other administrative tasks. The role requires a reliable, detail-oriented, proactive team member with a patient and organized attitude. This is a long-term, stable position in a vertically integrated manufacturer that blends high-tech computer manufacturing with traditional Japanese handcrafting techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and communicate with staff and visitors.
  • Arrange shipments, prepare shipping documents, and handle incoming deliveries.
  • Record basic accounting entries and manage vendor payments.
  • Sort mail, manage inventory and office supplies, and place orders as needed.
  • Support general office tasks and provide assistance to the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
