Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong payroll experience to join a 3PL Logistics company for a 3 month contract to support the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Employment Type: 3 month contract; Position: Office Administrator; Location: Acton, ON; Schedule: Monday – Friday on site; Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Rate of Pay: $22/Hr

What we’re looking for:

Payroll (Primary Focus – 150 Employees)

  • Process bi weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review timesheets and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment standards.
