Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong payroll experience to join a 3PL Logistics company for a 3 month contract to support the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Employment Type: 3 month contract

Position: Office Administrator

Location: Acton, ON

Schedule: Monday – Friday on site

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Rate of Pay: $22/Hr


What we’re looking for:


Payroll (Primary Focus – 150 Employees)

Process bi weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees with accuracy and timeliness.
Review timesheets and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment standards.
Maintain payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies or employee inquiries.
