Office AdministratorThe Office Administrator ensures office functions are completed efficiently and effectively, and all internal and external stakeholder expectations are met.

This role is based out of Sudbury ON.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Support the teams on site with administrative duties, project coordination, and office management tasks.

  • Collect, track, coordinate, and file documents on local drives.

  • Schedule and coordinate in-house training sessions.

  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.

  • Manage office equipment, including printer toner replacements and service requests.

  • Order lunch for meetings and events as needed.

  • Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other office activities.

  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
