Office Administrator - Galway - Onsite

I am seeking an Administrator on behalf of my client who are a well-established service-focused organisation. This role will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and act as a key support function across the wider team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, deals confidently with customers, and is comfortable taking ownership of general administrative and operational support tasks. The scope of the role may evolve as the business structure develops.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration

  • Manage daily office administration including phones, emails, post, and office supplies
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing a professional and helpful service
