We’re looking for motivated and people-focused professionals to join our team as Office Administrators in several of our offices. This is a key leadership role that supports the smooth operation of the local office, ensures our teams have the tools and support they need, and helps foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

We currently have opportunities in the following markets:

  • Lethbridge
  • Calgary / Canmore / Banff

Whether you’re already part of our firm or joining us from outside, this position is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with firm leadership and cross-functional departments while leading our local administrative team and keeping daily operations running at a high standard.
